SA Forest Adventures offers activities such as river tubing, sandboarding and white water rafting. They have three adventure camps in the Overberg region at Caledon, Hermanus and in Kleinmond in the picturesque Kogelberg Nature Reserve, which is a world heritage site.

Sandboarding takes place on the dunes overlooking Betty’s Bay and the Atlantic Ocean and the white water rafting trips takes place on the nearby Palmiet River. The river rafting is a 2 to 3 hour trip depending on the flow of the river, and covers a 4km stretch including 10 rapids.
